Background

Wrightway Underwriting Limited was established in 1999 to provide alternative insurance for Private Motor and Light Commercial Motor Insurance. Due to its strong track record, Wrightway has become the largest underwriting agency in Ireland providing not only private and light commercial motor insurance but haulage, contractor all risks, carriers liability, home and commercial property insurance, liability and employers and public liability.

In September 2007, Wrightway was acquired by Zurich. They employ 40 personnel in their office in Wexford.
